Refund & Exchange
At Bold1.in, we care about your satisfaction. That’s why we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
For a smooth return or instant exchange process, all product(s) must pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.
We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order to ensure all labels and packaging are intact. This video will serve as proof in case of any missing or damaged product(s). Without video proof, it may be difficult for us to proceed with returns or refunds.
Note: Product(s) purchased during clearance sales, promotional events, buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offers, or campaigns offering free products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
For hygiene reasons, Boxers and innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund for Self-Shipping
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) at our warehouse, after passing a quality inspection.
You will receive a full refund plus up to ₹100 (for courier charges). Refunds for self-shipped returns will be processed to your bank account (for both prepaid and COD orders).
We recommend using India Post – Speed Post for reliable and safe returns.
Refunds
Prepaid Orders:
For prepaid orders, you can choose to receive your refund via the original payment method or as Bold1 Wallet credits.
Once the product passes our quality check, refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours.Bank refunds: processed within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank).
Wallet credits: credited instantly once the return is approved.
COD Orders:
Refunds for COD orders will be issued as Bold1 Wallet credits after successful quality checks.
Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on Bold1.in and are valid for 12 months.
Purchases made using Wallet Credits will be refunded as Credits only.
Order Cancellation / Modification
Orders can be cancelled or modified (change in product, size, address, or contact details) only before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.

Defective / Damaged Product(s)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.
We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If you receive a torn, empty, or tampered parcel, please do not accept the delivery.
In case you receive unrelated or missing product(s), raise a query within 48 hours of delivery.
Always record an unboxing video for proof.
Terms & Conditions
Ensure accurate bank account details for refunds — Bold1 will not be responsible for incorrect entries.
Product(s) should be handled with care while in your possession.
Please check the size chart before placing an order.
Product colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution differences.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹100 handling charge applies per order. Prepaid orders have no extra charges.
If you make payments through third-party platforms (e.g., Paytm, Razorpay) and don’t receive updates or cashback, please contact the respective platform directly.
If you receive a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the product, report it within 48 hours.

Free Shipping available on all orders sitewide.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped from West Delhi.
We ship PAN India, ensuring our products reach every corner of Bharat.
Delivery Timeline:
Metropolitan areas: 1–4 business days after dispatch
Other regions: 4–7 business days after dispatch
