Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product has passed our quality inspection.

Once we receive your returned product, our quality inspection team will carefully review the item.
If the product meets our return conditions, your refund will be approved.
If the product fails inspection (damaged, used, or missing tags), the refund request will be declined.
Refund Timeline
After successful inspection and approval, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Items purchased during clearance sales or under promotional offers are not eligible for a refund.
Gift cards and personalized items are also non-refundable.
