Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Bold1.in (“we”, “us”, “Bold1”) handles order processing, shipping, delivery, tracking, and related charges. Please read it carefully. If you have questions, contact us at support@bold1.in or call [7518732987].


1. Scope

This policy applies to all orders placed on Bold1.in. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Order processing time

  • Orders are processed during business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation (payment cleared).

    • Prepaid orders are dispatched faster than cash-on-delivery (COD) in most cases.

    • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; the product page will specify if extra processing time applies.

3. Shipping methods & carriers

  • We use reliable courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, India Post, Blue Dart, etc.) and regional carriers to deliver orders.

  • Shipping method (standard, express, same-day where available) is selectable at checkout when offered.

  • Carrier selection depends on the delivery pin code, order size, and service availability.

4. Estimated delivery times

  • Within metro cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Non-metro / tier-2 / tier-3 cities & remote areas: 4–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Same-day / next-day delivery: Available only in limited pin codes and for eligible orders shown at checkout.
    These are estimates only — actual delivery may vary due to carrier constraints, local holidays, weather, or other unforeseen events.

5. Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service.

  • Free shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified cart value. The free-shipping threshold (if any) will be displayed on the site and at checkout.

  • COD surcharge: COD orders may incur an additional fee which will be shown at checkout.

6. Order tracking

  • Once your order ships, we will send a shipment confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details.

  • Use that tracking number on the courier’s website or on Bold1.in (Order > Track) to get live updates.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact support@bold1.in.

7. Multiple packages

  • Large orders may ship in multiple parcels. You will receive tracking details for each parcel.

8. Shipping address & delivery attempts

  • Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address and a reachable contact number when placing your order.

  • Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us, you may be charged for re-shipping.

  • If an address change is requested after dispatch, additional charges or delay may apply.

9. Damaged, lost or incorrect deliveries

  • Damaged on delivery: Inspect the package at the time of delivery. If outer packaging is damaged, note it with the delivery agent and refuse delivery if the item appears damaged. Then contact us at support@bold1.in with photos (packaging + product). We will guide the return/replacement process.

  • Lost in transit / not delivered: If tracking shows a problem or you don’t receive your order within the estimated time, contact us. We will coordinate with the courier to locate or replace the order.

  • Incorrect item delivered: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange pickup and replacement at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).

10. International shipping

  • Currently, we [do / do not] ship internationally.

    • If we offer international shipping, shipping time, customs duties, taxes, and import rules vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility unless specified otherwise at checkout.

11. Customs, duties & taxes

  • For domestic deliveries within India, no customs duties apply.

  • For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be levied by the destination country — these charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise.

12. Returns & exchanges related to shipping

  • Shipping-related returns (damaged, wrong item, or missing parts) will be handled as per our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy. Contact support@bold1.in within the timeframe specified in that policy and include photos and order details.

13. Delays due to force majeure

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, extreme weather, carrier failures, government restrictions, etc.). In such events we will do our best to keep you informed.

14. Cancellations & refunds

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If an order is canceled after dispatch, standard return & refund procedures apply and additional shipping charges may be deducted per the Returns Policy.

  • Refunds for shipping will be processed as per our Refund Policy and the original payment method. Time to reflect in your account depends on bank/payment provider timelines.
